Easy 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies - Detailed Recipe
These Peanut Butter Cookies are very easy to make, if you’re looking for a quick yet tasty cookie recipe then these are perfect. I recently made a batch of these for work and they were eaten within a couple of hours.
What’s great about these cookies is the fact that it only uses 3 ingredients;
- 200g (1 cup) of Peanut Butter
- 100g (½ cup) of Sugar
- 1 Egg
I did also add a couple of handfuls of chocolate chips, as chocolate and peanut butter go very well together.
Preheat your oven at 180 degrees.
The first thing you want to do us place the peanut butter in a bowl with the sugar. Give all of this a really good mix to fully combine the two and the mixture is smooth. Once the sugar is fully combined you then want to add the egg and again give this a stir until its combined.
You will find the dough becomes stiff, so you will want to finish combining with your hands. If you do decide to add chocolate chips, add these now and give it all a good stir so the chips are nicely spread out.
Take some of the mixture out of the bowl and roll this in the palm of your hands to form a ball. You want it to be roughly the size of a cherry tomato, this will make good sized cookies. Put these onto a lined baking tray, when cooking they will spread so I would recommend giving a good bit of space between each cookie.
Pop into the oven and cook for between 10-12 minutes, once cooked the cookies will be soft so you need to allow them to cool in the tray for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove from the baking tray and place on a wire rack.
This made me around 30 different cookies, the amount you get may vary depending on the size you do them.
